Faust Park in Chesterfield offers a wide variety of activities sure to please kids and adults alike. Check out Thornhill Estate – home to Missouri’s second governor. Wander through the park’s historic village, visit the Butterfly House or ride the historic St. Louis Carousel.
Tilles Park is located off Litzinger Road and is most famous for its Winter Wonderland lights display. But there are fun thing to do year round at this county park such as letting the kids romp in two play grounds, walking the fitness trail and playing in the spray fountains in the summer.
Rocket Park on Laclede Station Road in Maplewood is your launch pad for fun. In this space themed park, kids can be astronauts – if only for an afternoon. Paved trails run between the park and Deer Creek creating exercise opportunity for all ages. Soccer and baseball fields round out the amenities.
Citygarden in downtown St. Louis is a sculpture garden and urban oasis in the center of our bustling city. Featuring fountains, sculptures and plants, Citygarden is a feast for the senses and an inspiration for kids and adults alike. Stroll through the park and then dine at the critically acclaimed restaurant – Death in the Afternoon – located in the park.
