We are proud to say that we have many employees who will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction, and our monthly Employee Spotlight showcases one of the most essential members of the team – Lisa Smith, our Director of Home Services!
Lisa has been with us since 2009, starting out in housekeeping. By 2011, we noticed her drive and desire to fulfill our guests’ needs, she was promoted to housekeeping and housewares manager for Arch Interim Housing.
Originally from New York, Lisa moved to Missouri with her family when she was only 3 years old. Growing up in St. Charles while spending her summers in New York, Lisa began working at the young age of 12 as a babysitter. She babysat until she was 16 years old, and then she worked in the restaurant business throughout high school. After high school, she moved on to cosmetology school and was a makeup artist for 5 years.
Lisa loves working with people and making people feel good no matter what she’s doing. “I’m a people person,” she says. “I love working with people, finding out what they need, and seeing it through. I’m a perfectionist and pay attention to the slightest of details; making our corporate apartments into homes for clients is so important to me.”
Lisa was lucky enough to marry her high school sweetheart and best friend, Cole. They have been married for nine years and have two beautiful children, Lily, who is 6, and Landon, who is 4.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys playing with her kids and doing arts and crafts with them, watching her daughter play soccer, and going to concerts and the movies with her husband.
Lisa will be more than happy to assist you with any problem or question that you might have. Her detail-oriented nature is sure to help you obtain what you request from Arch Interim Housing, and she will do what it takes to make sure that you are satisfied with our services 100%!
