At Arch Interim Housing, we feel that we are only as good as our employees. That’s why we believe we have the very best team! One of our most integral members of our team is Cristina Rosi, whom this edition of our Employee Spotlight highlights.
Cristina, who has worked with us for one year, brings 20+ years of business management experience as well as 13 years of corporate housing experience to Arch. She also brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and endless commitment to our clients. In fact, we believe that her dedication to our clients and expertise in the industry are monumental in the support of our mission to serve the needs of our customers and to be recognized by our clients as the best corporate housing company.
Cristina accredits her family life for her outstanding work ethic. The youngest of four children, Cristina grew up learning early on that one must work hard to obtain what he or she wants out of life. Her father, who is an Italian immigrant, worked for the Ford Motor Company until retiring after 36 years of service, and her mother ran her own Italian restaurant. Her mother’s Italian restaurant is where Cristina obtained such a strict work ethic, bussing tables and folding pizza boxes to earn her first dollar.
Now a successful woman, Cristina enjoys not only challenging work but also hobbies and activities that pose a challenge such as hiking, running, shooting skeet, and playing softball.
Cristina’s constant companion is an adorable 6 pound Chihuahua, who was a spontaneous, fortunate purchase for her daughter, who was 15 at the time. She and her daughter fell in love with the puppy when they first saw it in a pet store in a very small southern Missouri town, and now it never leaves Cristina’s side. As Cristina says, “This adorable little Chihuahua fills every waking minute of my time, and I love it!”
