"We are in town receiving medical treatment so the circumstances are not ideal but finding this place has certainly helped us to managing during this very challenging time. I'm very happy we chose Arch Interim Housing and I would certainly recommend this to my family and friends.. The social worker from the Barnes Hospital (downtown) gave me a spreadsheet with hotel, apartments and other rental options. I considered downtown locations but ultimately decided to get treatment at West County and lucky for me Arch also had options here. Stacey was very helpful and willing to work with me to find the best place - it made the difference. The condition of the apartment was EXCELLENT. Clean and well organized. Before I arrived I was worried that the bed would be uncomfortable - -but it was excellent. We slept very well. "

We are originally from New York City but we have spent the past 2 years living in Switzerland (also for work). In other words, we have been moving a lot recently. Moving is very stressful but having someplace comfortable to call "home" once we arrived in St. Louis made things so much easier for us. It wasn't easy to find short-term furnished rentals (it never is), but after much research I found Arch Interim Housing. From inquiries to reservations all the way to our final check out, Stacey has been so welcoming and helpful and accommodating. I had many questions since we had to extend our stay. Cristina very patiently and kindly helped us find the last apartment we moved into: the Watermark at Chesterfield Village. It was in the right location and a great apartment complex. Cristina also kindly checked on us once we had moved in.
